When dealing with charges involving sexual offences, my first goal is always to try to get the charges dismissed.  Sometimes this involves getting the prosecutor to drop the case; other times it means fighting for dismissal of charges at trial.  Either way success means no jail and no criminal record.

Where this is not possible, I seek a resolution which does not involve convictions for sexual   offences.  Success avoids a criminal record for sex crimes and avoids registration as a sexual offender.  In many cases both jail and a permanent criminal record can be avoided.

These approaches are solely focused on the results which count to you, regardless of whether you did what is alleged or whether the allegations are false, convictions for sexual offences carry serious consequences.  You need a strategy which truly enhances your outcomes.
